Both the Santa Clarita and LA County Library system offer 10 free prints daily for those who have a library card with them. Below is the link for details. I highly recommend calling beforehand to insure you have the proper documents to get a card. Minors do need a parent's consent I think:

Quick Note: Most libraries within the LA County Library system also does not charge late fee's on items as long as you get them turned in. Be sure to confirm this is true for the library you are visiting.
