How To Fill Out DR 203 & DR 260

These forms are what get students on the TPP list with the DOR. Once enrolled, students may apply for DOR funded services, such as work placements and educational financial assistance. Students may qualify if they face barriers to employment such as physical or mental struggles. These include scoliosis, anxiety, ADHD, homelessness and more. If you have ever been to therapy that counts as well.

If you suspect you may have a qualifier feel free to email me at staher@hartdistrict.org. Please keep in mind that being able to manage symptoms and function externally well does not necessarily disqualify you from accessing DOR aid.

For example, I had undiagnosed anxiety all throughout high school. I graduated with honors and found ways to function with my symptoms while sliding under the radar. While I was able to be a high performer, I had to struggle more with my emotions and fears than my peers who did not have anxiety. This barrier made some tasks more challenging for me. Someone like me would have qualified for DOR services if a therapist or counselor agreed that I was dealing with a high level of anxiety.

Our goal at career visions is to provide whatever support we can for students to reach their goals. With these tools students can break through barriers and have access to opportunities
