This job requires at least being enrolled in college & 6 months of exposure to children. This can be personally or professionally. Babysitting your siblings counts! In this role you help kids with a variety of needs. You can assist them with gaining communication skills, play time, navigating daily life, and learning emotional regulation skills. Training is provided. You are compensated for milage and paid for drive time as well. Patience and flexibility are some key traits they look for in candidates. Being bilingual is a bonus too!
